Making Money Blogging

Alright. No messing around here. I’ll go right to the point, how do you make money online? It’s a lot simpler if you think it’s hard and it’s a lot harder if you think it’s simple.

There are mainly 4 sources of income for a blogger. It’s best if you can do all 4, but I prefer 3.

So, here’s how it’s done.

1. Using Ad programs like Adsense for your blog. You display ads on your website and you get paid when someone clicks on the ads. The ads depend on the content on your site. The amount of money you get depend on how much the publisher pays for his ads. Some topics like games pay really low and other topics like forex pay a lot more. Other programs include Adbrite, Bidvertiser.
2. People pay for putting their links on your site. This can happen only when you blog has a lot of visitors or a PR ( Page Rank ). The amount you get depends on the quality of the traffic and the PR.
3. Affiliate Marketing. It’s when you place links or banners on your site advertising products and whenever you sell the product, you get a percentage of the price of the product. Some of the best affiliate programs are CJ, Clickbank and NeverBlueAds
4. Perhaps the most commonly used method. I don’t really prefer doing this. But, selling your blog is another way. You work on a blog for a few months and add plenty of content to it, get the traffic and manage to make some revenue with Adsense or anything like that and BAM!, you sell it. Simple.
