Earlier, I remember proxy flipping for $500 and more. But nowadays proxy’s don’t sell for more than $100 – $200. Content sites were in great demand and $50 for a small content site was not much to ask for. But the recent boom in the site flipping area as a huge make money online method has not only brought the value down, but the growing demand for quality.

Here are some tips to increase the value for sites

1. Use custom themes and designs. Add a PSD with it and give all rights to that theme along with it. A decent blog can have it’s value boosted by over $200 just with this. The theme will cost you no more than $100.
2. Add neat plugins and scripts that are simple to add but effective and improve the overall outlook of your blog. Don’t ignore these!
