What is Black Hat SEO ? In simple words, to make money online, webmasters use techniques to increase the crawler rate through your site and add keywords to attract the right kind of crawlers to get ranked on the top pages. They are also called "naughty tips".

On the other hand, these methods can get you de-indexed from Google, Yahoo, MSN/ Live or other similar SE’s. These methods were earlier discussed in the post The Bad SEO

These include Keyword Stuffing , Hidden Text , Cloaking .

The other common practices include

• Doorway Pages – A doorway page or website is an entry gate to deliver traffic from the search engines to send to another website. A doorway oftentimes contains keyword stuffed content to gain a favorable position in search engines for search engine traffic.Once a visitor lands on a doorway page, the visitor will be redirected to another website by a redirect code or the website itself will be meant for that.
• Link Spamming – It means spamming blogs with link filled comments. I get more than 10 everyday which I promptly delete as spam.

They give the same end result. De-indexed from the very SE you wanted to rank high in. Although the initial spurt in traffic will be fantasic, the after effects are too severe to afford.
